Drum
Manufactured from 5mm 50A hard wearing steel. Steel thickness can vary dependant on target weight. Commonly the dishend is 6mm with drum skin, blades and capping 5mm.

Transmission
The drum is turned by a planetary gearbox which is hydraulically powered by a motor, driven from a pump which can be driven by an auxiliary engine or PTO.

Manufactured from forged steel with taper roller bearings and fitted to adjustable robust brackets.

Discharge chutes
Manufactured from 3mm 50A hard wearing steel.

Water system
High pressure water pump coupled directly to the planetary gearbox. Unique static cooling system eliminating the possibility of mechanical breakdown. A choice of water tank is available. 500 litre capacity water meter fitted. Wash down hoses fitted top and bottom. Spray bar to assist in cleaning of mouth panel and dust elimination whilst loading.

Paint shop & Shotblast Facilities
Our facilities allow us the versatility to shot blast and finish paint to individual livery for new and used mixer/chassis and other commercial vehicles.
Facility Dimensions: 15m Long, 6m Wide, 5.5m High.
